How it works

Once you have selected your design or decided up bespoke stationery, please complete the online order form which will confirm elements such as the design and the quantities of each of the items you would like to order and the wording you would like printed on your invitations.

We use Trello to develop your stationery design together which you will need to set-up a free Trello account to do so. You’ll be sent a link to invite you to your own Trello board, which contains full instructions to show you how it works- it’s a simple and easy system so there’s no need to worry. Here we will collaborate to create the perfect stationery for your special event- it will guide you through each stage of your order from conception to delivery. The design process will typically take 6-8 weeks for custom designs and 8-10 for bespoke.

We’ll invite you to a quick Zoom or telephone call to review your order if apt then an initial design summary will be put together for you to review, followed by PDF proofs for you to proof-read and approve or change as required.

Once we have received payment, we will send you an order confirmation.

Proofing your order
Following our zoom call where we discuss your order form and design requirements/vision I will ask you to upload your Pinterest/Mood board/Photographs onto your Trello Mood board within 1 week. We will then create your design summary and once you are happy to proceed your personalised proof which will be uploaded to Trello.

Following the first design proof, two revisions of the proof is included in the price of your invitations; however, you will be charged £20 for each additional revision.

We work directly from the wording you send us- please ensure it has been checked fully for any errors. Any changes can be made at this stage. Please make sure you are truly happy before you agree to the proof. It’s always helpful to have a friend or family member as a second pair of eyes to help check the proof.

We will create your event stationery directly from the artwork you approve, please be aware that any errors you missed will appear on your invitations/event stationery.

When you are certain you are happy, please confirm via Trello so we can create the perfect invitation/event stationery for your special event.

Creation and print
Your order will be carefully created as per your specifications.

Once your design is finalised, we will send you the final invoice to be paid via bank transfer within five working days. When your payment has cleared your stationery will be sent to print.

Depending on the quantity of items and print methods required your items will take 1-2 weeks to print.

Assembly and Packing
Depending on the quantities and how your stationery items will be constructed and embellished, assembly and packing will take up to a week.

We use the Royal Mail parcel delivery service for shipping our items- all will be sent via First Class Tracked delivery.  Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st class parcels weighing up to 20kg the next working day, including Saturdays.

All deliveries require a signature on receipt so please arrange delivery to a place where someone will be able to sign for your order.
